RESERVATION SERVICES

The Media Center provides registered journalists with reservation services for interview rooms, stand-up reporting positions,live streaming area and broadcasting and television services. Journalists can make reservations through the official website of the Media Center or at the comprehensive service desk as needed. Final reservation results are subject to confirmation by the Media Center and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. After a successful reservation, applicants can access the relevant services on-site free of charge.

1. Interview Rooms

The Media Center offers 2 interview rooms for registered journalists, with areas of 68 m² and 58 m². Each room is equipped with standard interview tables, chairs, and lighting equipment.

Reservations are made in 30-minute increments, with a maximum of 1 hour per session in principle.

2. Stand-up Reporting Positions

The Media Center provides 2 stand-up reporting positions for registered journalists, equipped with cameras, microphones, teleprompters, lighting, and other equipment.

3. Broadcasting and Television Services

The Media Center offers registered journalists the following services: real-time recording of public signals, copying of footage (non-real-time public signals and press conferences), internet streaming services, and others.

Real-time public signal recording standards: Signal format: HD 1080/50i (16:9); Interface: BNC; System standard: PAL

Copying of footage standards: File format: H.264 @ 20 Mbps HD 1080i MP4.

Internet streaming standards: Bitrate: 2-10 Mbps; Resolution: HD 1920 × 1080; Transmission protocols: RTMP, HLS, SRT.

4. Live Streaming Area

The Media Center provides a live streaming area for registered journalists to conduct mobile livestreaming. The total area is approximately 35 m² and is equipped with standard livestream tables, chairs, mobile phone stands, fill lights, and other equipment.
